Minimise claims for missing deliveries or reduce the risk of pallet loss – the Destiny Data Pen could be the answer.
One of the most common causes of pallet loss is missing pallet documentation, particularly Pallet Transfer Authorities (PTA). They tend to disappear into thin air between the retailer’s site and the sender of the pallets. Without these PTAs you can not transfer pallets off your account. They are like blank cheques and can be used to transfer pallets off any account.
The Destiny Data Pen lets the driver record all the details on the pallet docket. This can be a handwritten pallet docket or a PTA. It could also record con note details, runsheets or other Proof Of Delivery (POD) documentation.
Once the driver has finished writing, the Destiny Pen can send the information to his mobile phone which can then send it to your office as a PDF file or another of the formats available.
You can have the Proof Of Delivery or pallet received confirmation within minutes of the driver doing the delivery.
